OT MOOR RANGE NOTICE OF PROPOSED REPLACEMENT BYELAWS OT MOOR RANGE Notice is hereby given that in exercise of his powers under the Military Lands Act 1892 the Secretary of State for Defence proposes to make replacement byelaws in respect of the Ministry of Defence site known as Ot Moor Range. The area of land to which the proposed byelaws apply is shown on the plan attached to the proposed byelaws. A poster of the proposed byelaws and plan may be inspected on signboards at seven points around the site perimeter at the junction of the byelaw's boundary and local footpaths. One poster will also be displayed at the entrance to the firing point. Copies of the proposed byelaws and plan have been sent to the following local libraries, Oxford Central Library Westgate, Oxford OX1 1DJ; Headington Library, Bury Knowle Park, North Place, Headington, Oxford OX3 9HY and Kidlington Library, 23 Oxford Rd, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 2BP and may also be inspected and/or downloaded from the Ministry of Defence Byelaws Website at http://www.mod.uk/DefenceInternet/MicroSite/DE/WhatWeDo/Byelaws/ If an applicant does not have access to the Internet or local library, then copies of the byelaws and plan may be obtained by post, free of charge, from the Byelaws Review Team, Ministry of Defence, PO Box 349, Aldershot, GU11 2WZ.
