Notice under Article 6 of Application for Planning Permission

Proposed development at Land Adjacent to Marsh Bridge Cottages, Didcot.

I GIVE NOTICE THAT Chesside Homes Limited is applying to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to a condition of their planning permission to erect 14 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping, refuse and cycle storage (Ref: P09/W0956).

Any owner1 of the land or tenant2 who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at South Oxfordshire District Council, Benson Lane, Crowmarsh Gifford, Wallingford, OX10 8NJ by 18th August 2010.

1 “Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning of working minerals, a person entitled to an interest in the mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, gold or silver). 2 “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.

House and Carriage Ltd of Unit 2, Forest Works, Forest Road, Charlbury OX7 3HH is applying for licence to use 1. Unit 2, Forest Works, Forest Road, Charlbury OX7 3HH as an operating centre for two goods vehicles and one trailers and to use 2.

Unit 30, Chancerygate Business Park, Langford Lane, Kidlington OX5 1FQ as an operating centre for three goods vehicle and
one trailers.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment
of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Western Traffic Area, Hillcrest House, 386, Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice. A Guide to making representations is available from the Traffic Commissioner's Office.

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Haymans Fisheries Limited Applied to the Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council on: Tuesday 27 July 2010 ForaPremises Licence for:- Unit 7 Ferry Mills Osney Mead, Oxford, OX2 0ES with these proposed relevant
licensable activities:

1. For the sale of alcohol (primarily white wine) for consumption in the area designated on the plan as Training Canteen/Kitchen to be consumed on the premises, outlined in pink on the first floor.

2. For the sale of alcohol (primarily white wine) for consumption off the premises from the area outlined in pink on the ground floor.

3. The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are to be Monday to Saturday 0800 to 2100 hours and on Sundays 0600 to 2100 hours.

4. There is no intention to sell beer or spirits. If you wish to object to this application, you must write to: The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council,Ramsay House, 10 St. Ebbe's St, OXFORD OX1 1PT.
